Our products are proven to live up to high standards and every product is failsafe against any defect in production. We always do our best to take care of our customers delight in the most fair and reasonable manner. Due to the nature of the product, no returns or exchanges are possible. They would be considered, should the packaging be damaged in anyway.


  1. How do I return/exchange an item?

No returns and exchanges are possible

However if the outside packaging is damaged during shipping and handling, we will be happy to replace the product or provide a refund within 15 working days of you intimating us via email


  1. How will I receive my refund?
  • Refund’s will be processed within 10-12 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and have been intimated to the customer that are eligible for refund request. 
  • All Refunds for Prepaid orders shall be done in the source account/method or via AT Credit i.e. the coupon code to be used on the website with 1 year expiration date. 
  • All Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders shall be done in the bank account details provided at the time of placing the refund request or via AT credit i.e. the coupon code to be used on the website with 1 year expiration date. . 

Note:- Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
